Have a few questions..........................
A bit about myself, I have been a binge weekend drinker and sometimes through the week for near on 15 years(now 31). Been off a couple of months now and again. been erratically drinking. I am also bipolar.
1 Should I still have any shakes being off it nearly so long.
2 I have been exercising hard and have been getting a rash on my forehead, and on my cheeks from sweating is this just toxins coming out my system or just a simple sweat rash because I never got this in high school when I was extremely active playing football(soccer) and basketball.
3 Does cognitive impairment I may have improve over a period of time?
I may add questions as hopefully this thread develops
