I loaded one that was 150 x 150 and it worked fine.
I took yours Dee and resized it to 115 x 148 - it too loaded, but isn't square
I wonder if it has to due with servers in different part of the world? No idea, but a 150 x150 under the size limit worked fine where I am.......I loaded your image to show you, saw your not online and removed.
