Hi there, it sounds like you are ready to stop, coming here is a great first step! I can relate in terms of binge drinking, and what has worked for me so far is not having even ONE. I am not sure what your plan is and if that will be easy or not. I found when intoxicated it was nearly impossible to stop drinking once I got started.
