I've used it before but it was a long time ago. I do currently use Theanine Serene which contains GABA, Taurine, L-Theanine, magnesium, relora, and holy basil leaf. It seems to help. The effect is subtle though, not dramatic... so it doesn't work in the same way as a benzo or alcohol does, and doesn't trip my addiction wire at all.
