I contacted my counselor yesterday and am going in for a face to face this weekend. I have removed all the alcohol from the house. Talked to my wife and have by her goodness been reconciled to her despite not deserving it. She came home Monday night to find me very drunk. I don't remember any of it. I still don't know, I am just ashamed that I let myself get to that point.
