How do you just "feel" all that you need to feel so that it doesn't bottle up and cause more stress upon stress? If the cure was to stuff the stress I would be a grade A student. I don't know where to put it, I just know its not good to hang on to it. Am I making sense?
I think my stress through using the serenity prayer. Is this something that I can control? No. Do I have the courage to change the stuff that I can control? Yes. Am I trying really hard right now to know the difference between stuff I can control and can't control? Absolutely! Alrighty then, I'll just focus on the stuff that I have the courage to change and maybe do something distracting in the meantime.
