Oh, I forgot. Stress relieving activities: exercise, prayer, mediation, being outside, reading, hot baths, massages, laughing, sleeping, breaking up the routine, carbs, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety meds, sex, hobbies, happiness and removing the stressor!
