where i am

Following yesterday's despair I'm back on my feet, a day of teaching and attempts to be normal, and now in my parents flat, which I'm emptying as dad has died and mum recently moved to a care home near me. She has copd, anyone here had experience of that ? A pernicious disease so that you don't know where you are from one day to the next. Thought she was going to die over the summer but now she is stable and walking a little. Went in last night, but a mistake - had a panic attack pretty much at leaving house, she was being very bossy and controlling and I had to cut it short which made her angry and abusive. Bit unfair considering I invest soooo much time in visiting and sorting her affairs, anyway probably resentful she's stable! 😞 had organized appt at hospital for test and to hospice day Centre, after several concerns of yers.
, then yesterday she effectively rubbished them and won't go.
Deep sigh. Going to acknowledge my emotions rather than blot them out with alcohol
That's it, thank you for listening
