Not sure if it will help, but as an HR person <grin> I can tell you our average time from application to hire runs around 45 days for our administrative and technical staff (even longer for scientists.) Depending on the process used by your prospective employers it can take a couple of weeks to set up an interview, particularly if you'd need to interview with multiple people. Going into the holiday season this gets a bit worse, I'm afraid, since folks tend to take time off.
Hang in there, and it never hurts to follow up on the status of your application with whomever you've been talking with at the companies you applied with.
