I completed the Stoptober challenge with support from the Health Service here in the UK. It was useful to get the regular support messages on the telephone and all the other support. I'd actually stopped quite a bit before October so I've got 62 days off the fags now.
I'm still really snappy around smokers though and I need to change this nasty attiitude towards them because fundamentally it's hypocritical.
