today I am grateful for

LEFTOVERS!

No cooking, very few dishes, heated up in next to no time, and absolutely delicious.

Leftover ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, beets, broccoli, corn....

and a sliced tomato.

Going to be a great dinner.
