New to the site
Hi,
I found this site on an internet search. I have a big problem with drinking. For the last 3-4 years I have drunk sometimes up to 5 days a week, large quantities of lager and I have decided to quit tomorrow. I drink at home, usually on my own and usually just sit watching tv, playing ps4 or playing around on my phone.
The last part is a real problem as when I have access to my phone and have been drinking, I tend to google stuff around illness, death, dying, basically all negative stuff and I have a lot of negative thoughts day to day anyway which tend to be worse due to usually being hung over
Just thought I'd come on here and seek some support, good way to chart progress too
