Dee - don't have a plan, just want the drinking done.... so I guess the plan is to take each moment as it comes, keep looking on here, and try to stay positive. I am hoping to avoid the hideous winter blues which come every year, so drinking through that is not a good idea.... Clean happy and healthy!!!
I have even bought a rowing machine to attempt to get fitter (second hand obv)
