Made it through day 9!
Made it through the family meal and feeling great! Really, really had no desire to drink! Had lots of chances and excuses, but not even a thought to have one! Just in a completely different mindset this time around!
A simple answer of I choose not to drink thanks and that's it, just like me saying no thanks to meat as I am a veggie!
