A word of warning, I tried to do too much too fast. I tried to quit drinking, smoking and lose weight and I cracked. You might not, we're all different. But if that time comes don't do what I did and just break on everything, prioritise. Now I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm cutting down on smoking but I'm absolutely not drinking.
I don't mean to undermine your efforts, it's just good to have a back up plan.
