Firstly I need to be fully commited, which I'm not sure I have been, or at least I haven't grasped the full weight of what I'm tryin to do. I think I just thought I'd be able to carry on my life and 'not drink'. It needs to be at the forefront of my mind all the time. I need to make the effort and stick to rules and goals I set myself, not just think about doing them tomorrow and put them off.
