Help
When I get to sign in it says my password etc are already in use.
So I try to go to chat and it says invalid password or whatever.
I am so frustrated trying to get onto a live chat.
I am all signed up and it has been a month since I am able to get on.
I was never able to get onto a chat.
I want to go to an AA meeting on line.
Help.
I really need step by step instructions, not leaving anything out because when steps are left out I get nowhere. This is not user friendly and I need help. Would someone consider calling me to talk me through it. I would give my cell phone so I can be online while you talk me through signing up.
