yes it did feel good after repressing my anger for so long and then not being able to stop internalizing it. I think it might have gotten RAH thinking too. I saw he was reading on SR. Tonight he was watching some show on addiction.
Perhaps he will start working on himself a bit more and stop haranguing me for all I do right, but don't do like He does. I'm sure counseling might start there...
