I take bupropion, and there is an adjustment period with any of them, I think. Adjustment is the word. I felt weird the first couple of weeks. You're literally withdrawing from one drug and taking up another. Give it time. Clarity comes back. I still get the occasional dizzy moment, even when sitting still. Just tells me the drug's working.
