You'll have to just rest your hand & do cardio in the meantime plus whatever doesn't hurt your hand.

I did my shoulder in at the gym & you can always find alternative stuff that avoids the injured part.

Perhaps Legs, the pec dec & sit ups for starters.

& get a wrist support too
