Thank god, haha, I don't want to get stuck like this. Oh, I made it through Friday (yay!) but the cravings....WOW. Different than quitting smoking. These last forever and nag at you constantly. I shut it up by saying out loud "I'm going to make it tonight" closed my eyes, popped open a can of coke (I don't drink soda so this was new)took a few deep breaths and had a few sips. Over. Thanks for helping me through today!
