I'm at 22 hours after drinking pretty much every day for 2 and a half years-before that, it was at least twice a week for 27 years. This summer it was becoming more and more common for me to drink 2 bottles in a night. I started to get scared about my progression so I am quitting NOW. I have too much to live for to destroy myself and waste my life. I tried the road you are on but I found that if I started, I just didn't want to stop. I think I have to take the dry road. Good luck
