Yes, setting small, attainable goals is the way to go. Plan and then 'do' one or two things on your list, and I believe that simply going out for a walk is one of the best things you can do to lift your spirits.

If you believe that your depression existed before you began drinking, it could be that your dr might help with medication, but your depression may clear up on its own.
