It's still early days, don't be so hard on yourself, I didn't feel like doing much in the first month, I didn't have the energy for starters, but then after a while I got the spring back in my step!!
The body can't wipe away years of drinking overnight, it's gonna take time, and as it does it's thing, emotions, feelings and thoughts will be up and down as it adjusts to life without alcohol.
Hang in there, Rome wasn't built in a day, Sobreity itself is an achievement each day!!
