You guys have all given me such good advice. Thank you so much! Alcohol has basically swallowed the past six years, and I really don't want to miss out on anymore of my life.
I've been in Mexico for almost four months, and really haven't gotten out to see any of it except for my own neighborhood. I think I need to change that! I've also been too busy to take Spanish language classes, which would make my time here so much more fulfilling. Now that I've been sober for almost a month (tomorrow's my 30 days!), I think I'm ready to get out and experience a little of what I've been missing!
