We somehow need to make an escape that doesnt involve alcohol? Maybe instead of dealing with a troubling issue watch a movie you have wanted to see (use the money you would spend on alcohol to go out and get that movie if you have trouble spending money). And once you have relaxed then you still have a clear head to deal with it!
