Fred, this is off topic but wanted to share; hope you have a sense of humor.....
My sponsors name is Fred(maybe you're related...) and has been sober a long time - older gent.
Recently as he spoke during a meeting he started by saying.....Hi, my names Fred and I'm an Alcoholic. Pause.......
You'd be an alcoholic too if your name was Fred.....Pause, chuckles heard.
I was the youngest. My parents named by brother Jack and my sister Jill ( true ). I always felt different........( loud laughter ...)
Maybe it's just me, but I found it strikingly humorous.....
I am sure you'll get some great ideas here. I have no knowledge in the area you are seeking information, but you've found a Great Place!!!
