Today will be a day of strength for me..I will read alot and prepare myself for healing not hurting and feel good about my decisions and my life.
I will not feel bad for being unable to spare others from bad decisions and addiction.
I will not be remorseful for the love I have for the alcoholic in my life.
I will not explain to others the manner in which I live my life.
I will look ahead to better days and have hope, that this too shall make me stronger and will pass.
