Thanks! I will look into vitamin b. I am having some physical side effects from all of my anxiety. I am on a schedule, work out, eat healthy, get outside, work, etc. But the racing thoughts and near panic attacks are very uncomfortable and I want to have a good quality of life. Ugh why does this have to be so hard? I do appreciate your personal experiences, thanks
