cravings
Today is going to be day one. I had a lot to eat yesterday and for some reason my anxiety isn't through the roof for once but I'm craving for some cans of lager.
The cravings are really really bad. It's 11:14am over here in England and I'm going to an AA meeting later but I'm not 100% that I'm going to stay sober today even though I really want to but the cravings are unbearable.
