Zana, I am glad you are sober but I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

Grateful for my healthy working body which I sometimes take for granted. Not to be a downer but my sister told me today her best friend (who the family well knows) has great sorrow. This week her friend's adult daughter was paralyzed in an equestrian accident and her parents were on a cruise in Europe and had to fly home. Grateful she has my sister in her devestation, and grateful my sister has us.

Continuing on a theme I guess, grateful my Dad sent us all a copy of advance directives today that he had drawn up for himself, I assume in lieu of his third surgery in September this is on his mind. Now that Mom is gone he has six next of kin (with his kids) so he wants to be clear I guess. Grateful he is so wise and brave and thoughtful at age 84.

Grateful for more fresh juices and taking a little more responsibility for my health. Have a long way to go though.

Grateful I am one of the waves in God's ocean of love.
