My understanding is that Campral helps reduce the cravings. That wouldn't work for me, because I don't always have physical cravings, I just like to drink. Antabuse means you can't drink under any circumstances unless you want to be deathly ill. Antabuse has been a godsend for me. Wish I had gotten it a lot sooner.
