I have no TV, don't read newspapers and the only news I know about is what I hear mentioned here or in my daily interactions with people. I've been doing this for years.
Some people think I'm a little nutty.
I'll own that.
I don't miss it and it does add to my general fear of life to watch the news or read about it. I don't need to know.
*edit to say: Someone PM me if I'm about to be swallowed up by a tsunami or global warming/oceans rising. I think I'm about 70 feet above sea level.
