Even when I was telling myself "I can't" turn this around, I was still able to go out and buy a litre of whisky every night and drink myself into oblivion, if I CAN do that, have the energy to organise my drinking then what was stopping me from stopping?
We all have it within us to control our actions, it's not easy, but it can be done!!
