Day 11!
For anyone not sure wether to try giving up or wondering if it gets better I can assure you it does. On day 11 now and another sober Sunday morning. I had really strong cravings last night just because it was Saturday I think. Don't know if everyone will have heard of this but for my UK friends I have been drinking bovril with loads of pepper which seems to curb the cravings. I nearly gave in and had one beer last night but then thought how horrible I'd feel this morning.
