Thanks for the rec! I'm training for a long hike right now so I want to focus more on cardio endurance rather than strength, but I want to build some lean muscle next month. I like the moderation thing; the times when I've relentlessly pushed myself, I'd burn out and it would set me back because it made me feel weaker. The thing is, I'm leaning more towards doing body weight exercises because I don't have a lot of equipment and I quit the gym. I always feel like a hamster when I'm running on a treadmill.
Do you have any recs for nutrition or fitness nutrition books?
