Hi All.
Made it through day two. SoberRecovery has helped me before so i'm using it as a recovery tool AGAIN!
Today was OK...Not much of an appetite but drank god only knows how much water...Had a couple of nasty cravings in the middle of the day that made my mouth start watering...(Could almost TASTE the ginger ale/whiskey)...
Made it through though. Going out to eat something now and then going to my AA meeting tonight.
I've learned this is a program of action...And I've had pockets of sobriety before so i'm here to try again! I'll be posting and reading and remaining VIGILANT.
This alcohol monster will NOT drag me down AGAIN.
I AM NOT DRINKING TODAY!
