I quit smoking a few years ago but do vape. I am cutting back on that (milligram wise: down to 11mg) but that is also hard for me to quit. Unfortunetly it has become very familiar. Anyway, so much freaking better than inhaling combusted plant material (tar) and the chemicals.. but do look forward to dropping that once I secure more time away from the alky. Great work everyone!
