I can't stay in the past, it is too painful. Just take it one day at a time. Each day gets better. I'm in a very confused place right now and I'm OK with that because at least I'm not drunk. The answers will come. Cry if you need to cry, but get it out and move forward. Life is short and we cannot "go back" and change anything. You have made the choice to move forward to a better place.
