Saw an interesting statistic yesterday. In the United States beer consumption overall fell from 2012 to 2013 from 27.3 gallons per drinking aged adult to 26.7 or something similar. Decimals might be off just a little. I never thought about beer in gallons so I did a quick calculation on how much I was drinking, a pretty conservative estimate was around 550 gallons per year. Budweiser was glad to have me for a while pulling up the average.
