If you are still feeling anxious about the thought that you ***might*** drink this weekend, keep telling yourself, in a firm and unconditional way:

Instead of stopping at the booze store, stop at KFC or some other crappy food type place, and order more than you can normally eat. Then eat it all - eat until you are fuller than full.
You have now:
- Set yourself up psychologically to succeed (I WILL NOT DRINK) - refuse to entertain your psychological cravings
- Set yourself up physically to succeed (No way in heck I could drink after eating all that! Gag!)
Any time you get a psychological craving, strangle it with:
I WILL NOT DRINK THIS WEEKEND
Any time you have a physical craving:
EAT! To the point of stuffed!
Worked for me last weekend.
I just can't drink that much, I will have a can of soda, worked for me last wednesday.
