You the man Seannie!! Congratulations. How wonderful that you fought your way to a year sober. I'm so proud of you and I actually got a little misty when I read your post! We are all doing awesome I'd say.
I'll check out the hooping on FB and youtube, Nel. I took that one class and it was a lot of fun. I recently took some yoga classes and I loved it so I hope to continue that again in the fall. Right now I'm walking and kayaking and enjoying life!
I also miss NBC and hope she's OK. I sent her a direct message but never got a reply.
