Getting out and doing something different is a good strategy. Don't let it corner you, but even you do find yourself cornered, remember that it's a quadriplegic. It can't do a damned thing on it's own but nag you to get what it wants. Don't give in. Remember why you came here. It wasn't because you enjoyed what drinking was doing to you.
