Gotta echo Jupiters...you posted! Good work. Craving will pop out of nowhere...and rationality has little to do with it (e.g. your thoughts bout still sporting visible injuries). Are you familiar with H.A.L.T (hungry, angry, lonely, tired?). Pausing to reflect on whether I was any of those things when a craving hit has been real helpful to me in the past.
Every craving overcome adds to your sobriety muscle. Thinking of you ED...
