Expecting your body to adjust over night after 10 years of drinking is unrealistic, your body suffered dealing with a poison for 10 years, it needs plenty of time, probably a few months, even a year to heal physically and mentally!!
Be realistic, a Dr appt is a good idea, but it will take time, the body can't reset years of drinking in a night!!
