An alternative option to an inpatient 30 day rehab might be IOP. It's outpatient, and intensive. Mine was 4 hours per day Monday through Thursday for 20 days.
Rehab might not be such a bad idea. I think when we are in active addiction we can seriously underestimate the severity of our problem and situation.
