I was in Rehab when I was introduced to the 12 Steps. Yes, my workbook ( given to the all the ladies ) had a few pages of questions on Steps 1 - 3. I was also required to write a goodbye letter to my love (alcohol). LOTS of writing in Recovery ( to qualify, MY Recovery). I've kept a diary since 6th grade, so not a stretch for me.
