Hmmm every day is a struggle, but every day I wake up a little bit better, every morning I look in the mirror I notice tiny positive changes in my face, it keeps me going! I have to deal with emotional pain tho, I no longer have my pain killer so to speak. However I am trying my best day by day to stay sober with no promises to myself or anyone else. Day by day
