I find Eastern Religion and Philosophy help me a lot there;
Taoism - That which resists... persists.
Buddhism - A man should measure his wealth by that which he does not need.
Hinduism - Samsara and Nirvana are both the same.
Tantra - I struggle. I surrender. The truth unfolds.
Zen - Open mouth... Already wrong.
