Like Anna, I believe the answer lies in joining whatever program helps you feel the most motivated to recover. I believe there is some very good, useful things in all programs and put out there for very good hearted reasons, so we can all help each other. I stiched together and harmonized various elements from vary different programs, but I will only say that worked for me. I don't know if it will work for all. But I hope everyone quickly finds what works for them, then pass it on. I may nerd it someday!
